  Great experience! Mallory spearheaded the entire rental process, ensuring it was efficient and without issue. She represented Enterprise with excellent professionalism and wonderful customer care. The establishment of end-to-end open communication was greatly appreciated. The vehicle was well-maintained; it was super clean, presentable both inside and out. The site was well managed which provided great confidence in regards to safety and security, both day and night. I will rent again from this location if the need arises, and will refer it as well. I rent for personal use only and in my experience, Enterprise Truck has always been the best cost-effective choice when it comes to specific needs in the truck rental category. Compared to uhaul, penske, budget, home depot, etc., Enterprise Truck's wide-range of platforms allows you to select a truck that will optimize savings in both time and effort with respect to logistics, which ultimately reduces bottom-line cost. Another note worth mentioning is having the ability to directly reach a human team member at the branch during business hours with any concerns - definitely a bonus, but unfortunately rare in today's AI/Automated businesses. Customer care response and satisfaction has always been my experience with Enterprise Truck. Thanks Mallory and team for another great experience!
