In this instance the vehicle i was renting did not start, i waited less than an hour for a tow and was able to get another vehicle hassle free. I felt overwhelmed in some moments but each person i spoke to was so respectful and kind and i just want to thank the staff for being kind and patient even with me asking random questions.

At 1:59pm they called me to say that they actually didn't have anything for me and that they couldn't assist me in finding one anywhere else. It would have been nice to know that information hours ahead of time instead of while I was in the rideshare on my way to your location.

- TLThomas Tool Company LLC.Nov 1, 20251.0I'm really really disappointed in Enterprise Rent-A-Car I travel pretty regularly at least a couple times a year and typically I rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a matter of fact I can't remember when I've rented from a different place besides them but they completely messed up everything on this rental I rented a car in San Diego and was very explicit about the fact that I would be driving it to Glendale Arizona and somebody at the Enterprise location said that I would be driving to Glendale California so when I got to Glendale Arizona to drop off the rental car not only was the location closed but there was no overnight drop box Enterprise Rent-A-Car if you don't listen to anything else I say know that every location you guys have should absolutely have a drop box this fiasco will cost you any further business from me
