In this instance the vehicle i was renting did not start, i waited less than an hour for a tow and was able to get another vehicle hassle free. I felt overwhelmed in some moments but each person i spoke to was so respectful and kind and i just want to thank the staff for being kind and patient even with me asking random questions.
