They closed at 5 instead of the regular time of 6 because of the Holiday. I showed up at 420 because I had a previous appointment & traffic was brutal. They literally completed my oil change in 15 minutes FLAT! NO JOKE! Brandon was very nice & wished me a happy New Year. My total bill was $31 & change TOTAL, AFTER TAX, because I had a $20 coupon l. And actually I didn't even have the coupon. I thought I had it in my email but I couldn't find it, and they still applied it for me!!! I will literally never get my oil changed anywhere else & this will be the only place I recommend people to go to, for an oil change!!! Thank You Brakes Plus, especially this location at 67th Avenue & Bell Road & Happy New Year's Everyone!!!!!!!
- SWSean WDec 31, 20251.0I've taken my truck here twice for an alignment. The 1st time I was told I needed ball joints before they would align it. All 4 ball joints and tire rods have been done, now they tell me I need adjustable control arms and a new steering rack. I should have known since I was given excuses of why they may not be able to do it in the lobby before even seeing my truck. I feel like this place is just trying to up-sale everything they can. They have never even put my truck on the alignment machine. Having been a mechanic most my life, I can only say I wouldn't recommend these guys.
