  I have waited a while to do this review. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had an appointment at 8 AM to have my brakes and only my brakes replaced. I sat in the shop for eight hours for them to replace my brakes. They tried to upsell me the most expensive brakes which I declined. Around 3 PM he tells me that they replaced the brakes, but I needed new rotors. I was reluctant because I was aware that I did not need rotors, but the manager insisted that I did. With a lot of uncertainty, I agreed to have the front rotors Replaced. Around 5:30 PM they tell me that my car is ready. They pull it around front And immediately I noticed that the rotors are shaved down, unevenly to the point where you can see a lump In the rotor itself. I grabbed the manager as soon as I noticed this I brought him to the car and explained what I was seeing. He immediately agreed that the rotors were not resurfaced evenly. He went and grabbed his mechanic, who then looked at the rotors and said, and I quote "this is the best I can do". Immediately the manager tells the mechanic that he needs to fix it and fix it before the shop closes so they take my car back around into the shop and I go another hour and a half waiting for my car to be finished. They pull my car around once again to tell me that they are done, and I noticed that the rotors are worse than they were before. They're literally grinded down evenly up until about a half of an inch to where you see the brake pads are literally digging into the rotors. At this point, I'm very frustrated. I tell the manager and he says that I'll have to bring it back on Monday. Imagine my surprise that when I go back Monday, the manager is nowhere to be found & no one knows What happened with my car over the weekend. I will never go back to brakes plus again I even called the corporate number and absolutely nothing. They just give you the runaround. In my opinion, this is not a trusted Shop that I would ever use again. my advice is to stay far far away from this place . after spending $1000 to get this fixed I can verify that they put on the wrong rotors for the make and model of my car which is why the brakes were digging in unevenly.

  Wow, three hours waiting … I thought they were doing my rear brakes as that’s what they told me I needed last month. lol. The whole time they were doing another inspection on my BMW as if I would allow them to work on it if there was a change of inspections. I take my car there for brakes and they are it. But the GM was rude and disrespectful towards me so I will make sure my tik tok and all social media knows not to come here sorry IRA. You will be losing business

  Guillermo was so helpful getting my brakes taken care of. A1 service, would really recommend coming here when you need your car serviced.

  Love coming to this brakes plus been coming here for over a year now and I always get treated very nicely and they are always very helpful ! Even though it’s about 20mins away from my home I still chose to come to this specific location ! Thank you break plus team on bell ! Thank you Guillermo!
