Julie, our sales associate, was outstanding. She demonstrated professionalism, deep product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Over the course of several visits and many questions, Julie remained attentive and responsive, guiding us toward the perfect configuration for our family…balancing fishing functionality and cruising comfort. The final pickup process was thorough and well-organized, with the team walking us through a complete checklist and ensuring we were fully confident with our new pontoon. After three years of searching, we now have the ideal boat for our family. We’re grateful for Julie’s support and highly recommend both her and the West Glendale team for anyone in the market for a new boat.
- MIMichael IorizzoOct 4, 20251.0Waited an 1 hour and a half just to look at a pistol. Then the kid sold me a firearm with a chipped barrel. Had to send back to manufacturer after one day. Not sure how that got missed. Very aggravating. Amy contacted me to "resolve" the issue. She stopped contacting me and I constantly had to follow up with her. They showed no accountability for their error as they blamed Kimber for shipping the firearm with a chipped barrell. I had to pay $40 to have the gun returned to me. They charged me full price for a blem gun. Extremely disappointed with the service I received even after a fault on their part. That will be the last purchase I ever make there.
