  Tony at the store is a wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful. Helped me read my car codes and let me know not only what they meant but also how the repair process is done and to go through warranty. Tony is great and also has 25 years of service under his belt

  Today on the 7th of February I met the meanest rudest worst costumer service from a worker at Auto zone name Tony. He was so rude I told him that that’s not how you treat costumers and he continued being disrespectful. We were returning a A AC gas can he insisted that it was really easier to installed in to the car, but we proceeded telling him that No, we don’t want that. because at some point, my boyfriend thought that he was able to do it, and I didn’t wanna stop him so when it got to the point of trying to add it he was very confused so my new, this is a dealers car we’re still making payments for it. I told him hey to go back inside auto zone to see if he could return it and get your refund. We just wanted to return it and I understand but this product costed over 100 bucks so we didn’t use it so we thought to ask first if we could get a refund beck. Tony didn’t say no he didn’t say that we couldn’t return it, but for some reason, he wanted to make a shit show in front of Everybody . continued telling us how to do the procedures of the AC gas and I told him hey listen if this is good to return, let’s just return and then we be on our way out , but Tony continue being rude disrespectful and I told him “hey listen that’s not how you treat your customers you said we could return it. I work for customer service im an administrator for a Machinery company and I know how to treat customer this is not it” and at this point we are very upset I couldn’t believe that a person like this is the front face of AutoZone with this type of attitude and negative energy negative mentality rude. once we left, we left without saying nothing you know because at this moment, we’re upset we’re disappointed. anyways we’re leaving and Tony made sure that we knew that we heard him he said out loud you’re “welcome” in front of customers which I thought was really rude. He could apologize. He could had said “I’m sorry you know thank you” we would have understand and maybe we would’ve said thanks to him but at this point the way he treated us was very rude. There was another worker there a white male 6 feet maybe with glasses on his 25-27 years old This gentleman was the first one that helped us purchase the AC gas. He told us that he couldn’t teach us how to install it because of the procedures of the product they’re not responsible for it he was nice to us he was witness of this whole thing and I was shocked that nobody said anything about the behavior of Tony. I will never recommend nobody to go to the AutoZone not as long Tony is there because this guy was the rudest person ever for AutoZone to have somebody that would represent their store like this that guy needs a lot of of training and discipline.

  Had just bought a battery from another location for my bike and it wasn't holding much of a charge, I kept having to jump it so I returned it thinking I'll try a different location. Came here and they replaced it with a completely dead battery with no juice at all and then offered to let me borrow a battery charger instead of giving me one that works. I had my own with me so I sat there while they closed and the guy kept trying to make conversation with me. Got home, and what do you know- I have to jump it everytime I start it now. And I've had it on a trickle charger after 5 hours on a battery charger. First off, I'm a woman, there's no reason I should be sitting outside of an autozone after hours charging a new battery when I drove there for a replacement. Secondly, you only get to return a battery once so this guy knew he was giving me a dead battery and now I'm supposed to buy a new one. I bought a new one just 6 weeks ago! The label/sticker on it said it was already over a year old..and guess what.....same sticker as the first battery I bought.

  Came in for a battery and left extremely satisfied. Tony C. took care of me and went above and beyond my expectations. I told him the reason I came to Autozone was because of the customer service I have received in the past from the 75th & Thunderbird location, but they closed that store last year. This was the next closest store and I was impressed once again with the level of service here as well. I mentioned him before, but Tony C. is the man. He's a great people person, knew his stuff inside and out, and built great trust. Can't say enough about him and this location.
