I asked for a battery test and was told that he couldn’t because “the tester has to be right on the battery.” But any car person knows that you can use the ports. Either autozone just doesn’t care who they hire or this guy didn’t want to help me. Thinking the latter, Drove right to another location and got way better customer service. Save your time. Go to the location on northern.

Gave an estimate $290 and had it fixed in one day. It works perfect now. 2 month warranty. We are so happy! Thank you very much Manny!

I walked here to get a new brake caliper ,in which there was none here or within walking distance for me.. Ryan could see the discouraged look on my face. He told me one minute let me see if it's actually seized up. He took the next few mins with his almighty strength and determination to push my caliper back in!! I could NOT believe it!! This type of customer service is rare these days , something I've never received at Auto zone before !? So I want to thank whoever on boarding this amazing asset to your team!!
