- TDTURTLE DIAZNov 4, 20251.0Yesterday 9/3/25 at Auto Zone on 67th Ave and Peoria, I encountered rudeness behavior from I believe was a manager, young white male with curly hair and a female employee hair shorter on the side. I went to purchase hose clamps and a funnel with a filter. Only purchase hose clamps because I was told by the "manager" that they don't carry that type of funnel. Upon check out time I waited 10-15 minutes for the female employee for check out service. My change was being slammed on the counter while she counted it out to me. Very poor costumer service.

Keith, one of the counter people came out to “assist” us and proceeded to speak extremely poorly towards myself, my husband, and my brother and sister in law and say that just because he’s wrenched for 55 years, he automatically knows what he’s talking about, when my brother and I both are qualified mechanics and are saying the battery needs replaced because we have done all the testing that would tell whether there was a parasitic draw on the battery, if there was a short in the system, as well as pulled the battery out and let it charge on a charger to full charge and then put it back in and within less than 10 minutes after turning it off it wouldn’t start my car again. He spoke to us like we were stupid and had no clue what we were saying when we continued to tell him that we had done all the same tests that could give us answers and the only thing not tried was putting in a new battery. Which solved the issue by the way. This man refused to listen to anything we were saying and set in his idea that it wasn’t the battery.
