Did not force me to buy a new one at his store, as a matter of fact he said he would match the price from O'Reilly's if it was cheaper. Simon tested both of my batteries and my charging system, put in a shock for my hood. He also gave me helpful advice so I wouldn't have to spend more money than I needed, tried to diagnose my issues. Simon you were very helpful thank you for a great experience. You cannot say that for most places.

Then given a battery that wasnt the right size. Now when I'm returning it they are making it pretty painful to get my full amount back. Heading to O'Reilly's after this. Reply: I will not be sending that email. I had to make multiple trips, wasted a bunch of time, had extremely rude customer service. Your employees wanted me to go into the backroom to find my battery. I went over to O'Reilly's, they were kind, happy, helpful, extremely quick service and everything worked first time. I used to always go to AutoZone. This experience has completely turned me off of ever going back to another one.
