He took it out of the car and placed it on the charger. (I don’t remember his name.) It took a long time to charge. Mike N. kept an eye on it for me and let me know when it was 100% charged. He gave me the tools to reconnect and I was on my way. He probably would have connected the battery for me but he was swamped at the time. Thanks for helping me out.

Being from out of state, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ray, the store manger, and his staff. Ray was fantastic and personally came out to the car to to change the blades. It literally took him 45 seconds for both. Great job Ray. A true professional. Outstanding service! Highly recommend Ray and his store.
