This car wash has no regard for their customers. I requested two air fresheners multiple times, always just the air freshener without wipes. I explained that I only get my car washed once a week. This time, they told me they only provide one air freshener per car. I pointed out that if I visited daily, they would give me one each day, which would be costly for them in terms of air fresheners, water, detergent, and other supplies. If they considered adding an extra air freshener once a week, they could save costs and keep customers satisfied.
If your pay for the washes including tire wash, according to the "manager" she said that they don't turn the machine on because they don't have to. The entire reason for me buying the 20 dollar wash was for the tire shine. She then said they only put it on when the customers ask. She did come out and put it on manually afterwards but that's not right to begin with. I looked around and every other cars tires were not shined either. That's over 20 cars just in my short time there. Which I find hard to believe, as many of the cars were nicer than mine.
A very well organized car wash, customer service was amazing, guy named Aaron explained how all the memberships and single washes worked, plenty of towels out for everyone to use!! Definitely recommend
Stopped by to wash my Tesla at this wash cause I was around Westgate. I really liked this car wash, the car came out nice and shiny and most importantly, dirt free! I was offered a wash membership by the manager Eli, and I was skeptical about getting it because I do not live around this area, but come to find out Eli showed me they have multiple washes around the city and there is was one right by where I live! This Dash CarWash is taking over, excellent service and great washes!
I switched memberships from Cobblestone to Dash because the towels always smelled of mildew and I felt the wash wasn't even decent. At Dash the wash is almost decent (tires don't really catch a good clean) but towels are really non-existent, I think there has only been 2-3 times I've gone and didn't have to beg for towels. The last time I went I saw the employee by the building with the cart of towels, maybe folding them? I started vacuuming thinking the towels were on their way. I had my kid go to the other bays to see if there were any, none. The employee was just on his phone the whole time. I saw people going up to him for towels but he would just hand them one and that's that. I spent about 15-20 minutes vacuuming and the towels never came. On my way out it looked like maybe he was wheeling the cart out to distribute but I don't know. That was very irritating. Also I pay for the highest membership which is supposed to come with a wet towelette and air freshener, I probably get it 50% of the time I go. 3/5 stars because it's 2 minutes from my house and I pay for unlimited access membership so for $25/mo (grand opening promo price) I can go every day if I wanted and get a decent wash. But if I paid per wash I would probably rate 2/5 stars. The towels and customer service are lacking.
