  My glasses got stolen at this location while i was looking at ammo. Asked the manager to check the cameras. And he said I put them in my pocket. He saw me do it. So I called the cops and suddenly the police were able to see that they were stolen while my back is turned. Manager lied because he didn't want the thief to get in trouble. Go figure.

  I am writing to express how dissatisfied I was with the service today while looking for a fire arm. I initially Came in looking of fire arm for protection since I had an incident earlier that day that had me scared for my life. I had mentioned it to the salesman and told him I was looking for something smaller than my 9 mm to carry with me in the car from the very beginning I can already tell he didn’t wanna sell me the fire arm. He told me to go to a shooting range, and practice first before making a decision. Mind you I have many years of Experience handling a firearm and I’ve gone to the shooting range as many times. When I decided on which fire arm to get, he looked at my ID, very confused, as if there was a problem and had me verify the information on my ID which I did. At the beginning I thought it was because of my photo. I had lost 100 pounds and look completely different. So I provided him a secondary ID which at that time. I figured he didn’t wanna just sell me a fire arm. I don’t think that’s OK telling somebody that they can’t have a mailing address on their ID . per law. You can have a mailing address. Not sure why he made a such an issue when I just went and bought a fire arm last year with the same ID. I would like to add the sales rep was very judgmental from the beginning and took for ever to help me out. oh well you guys just lost a sale and I got a new fire arm from a pawn shop and guess what same id .

  Love the store. Found exactly what we were looking for. First time in this store. Couldn't see or find the registers and at 6'6", that's unusual. Had to ask an associate.

  I love Cabela's! When it comes to outdoors the have a great range of merchandise for just about any activity. My only criticism would be so many of the items come from China. But thats the world we live in. I highly recommend Cabela's.
