It had been dinging consistently for 5 days - the same ding you hear when your seatbelt isn't fastened. I arrived pretty frazzled and was met by an employee who listened to what I described to him and kept taking details of my description in and was able to completely put me at ease. It turned out to be a simple bulb out and the relentless dinging was my truck's way of letting me know that not only was a bulb out, but the fast blinking of the driver's side blinker indicated the bulb was on that side. To say I almost cried at the relief is an understatement. He patiently explained everything to me, helped me find a replacement bulb and even put it in. I pray the owner(s) see this. That employee exemplifies customer service perfectly!
