  The 3 employ's I dealt with today were very professional at getting my purchase and payment correct. They made sure I got the correct battery for my car and they made sure that I got my military discount. Thank You.

  Stopped by Friday night, March 13th, and was helped immediately (and, even better, courteously) by Joe and Drew. *FEMALES* -- we all know that, unfortunately, shopping at these types of stores 99% of the time is sketchy at best, downright disrespectful/dismissive at worst. Not here! Not only did I get the info I needed, the parts, and killer service - I found my go-to spot for all things automotive. Auto Zone hit the jackpot with these two. Really hope they treat them right so they stick around, they deserve it! Thanks so much to Drew, Joe & Auto Zone! I'll be back and so will my friends and fam! 💯 BONUS: While Drew (who is clearly MUCH younger than Joe but just as knowledgable) went to the back of the store to grab the hose & clamps I needed, found out Joe also graduated Class of '84, so he recognized the year my car was made immediately!

  Not even car related but the guys working here the evening of Feb 28 are life savers!! I was on a bike ride with my kids when I fell off my bike. I was okay but my bike chain got really stuck and there was no way I was going to be able to fix it. I was right at the corner of 35th and deer valley so I walked over to see if they’d be willing to help. Both guy that were working came outside and helped me. Thank goodness I got me and my kiddos home safely. Thank you so much for your help!!
