- FWFrances WandersApr 11, 20265.0Before this last year I have never had to use a rental car. I have twice now with enterprise and they are the only place I will go in the future. They are very empathetic of car troubles and the stress that brings. They were able to pick me up in a shuttle, get me into a vehicle similar to what I'm used to and anything I needed they were right there to help. I felt terrible I kept having to extend the rental due to repair delays but they made it so easy and made me feel valued. The service was great but the people!!!! They are absolutely why I will be returning, everyone i interacted with was so amazing and sweet!!!! ANGELS!!!!!

Avoid Brandon with the beard. “I am unable to rent to you due to your association with Mr Amsley” thank goodness the GM stepped into help. Refusing service due to association with an individual is against policy as well as possibly breaking state and federal discriminatory laws 🤦♂️ really wish they’d just move him locations. Hopefully they make it right

I went to the wrong location to drop off, and they were so accommodating in making sure I got to the right area and didn’t charge me the extra time I had the rental car as a result. I would go out of my way to go to this location again.
