- BCBrett C6 days ago1.0Unfortunately I had a negative experience here. I used a coupon for an oil change and I was informed I had a massive oil leak. Before going, I had not had a massive leak at all. After going, my car was dripping oil on my driveway. Okay, sure. I ended up doing my own oil change on my car to see what was going on. Turns out they overpoured the oil, and the dripping oil was because of their massive overpour (fresh oil around cap and spark plugs, obvious they missed the pour). To screw up pouring oil into a funnel is beyond me, but then to try to convince me I had a huge oil leak frustrated me to the extreme. Unprofessional and inexperienced here. Highly do not recommend coming here.

Even after they took weeks to get back to me, They refused to reimburse me, take accountability, and refused to give me their regional manager. The skid plate was hanging off the morning after I got my oil change. Never trusting this company again nor this particular franchisee's shady business practices. Stick to your dealership instead.
