  This was a location that I previously avoided due to multiple visits with poor experience’s. This time it was amazing! Timely service, thorough and complete, checked outside lights which they use to miss. Very pleased, and happy this location is closer too!

  Valvoline is quick and they do a great job of checking everything. I called a couple of places but they all closed early. I needed an oil change before going out of town and they were open until 7 and got be in and out in under 15 minutes! Would definitely recommend you choosing Valvoline!

  Absolute crap my daughter went to have her air-conditioning serviced on her 2013 Honda they didn’t check anything other than tell her that her AC needed Service which she already knew she had it serviced. They didn’t even test drive it or test it to see if it worked before she left and it’s still not working and she’s out $193. There’s no way to get a hold of them directly I would definitely not recommend them at all very poor Customer Service very un knowledgeable, mechanics and absolute rip off!

  You guys need to train your employees better & not talk crap about customers pulling in to a lane an hour before closing… employee Mar didn’t see I already had my window down & said & I quote said “you waited all damn day to come get your oil changed right now” without seeing my window down… super unprofessional won’t be back due to the amount of unprofessionalism I witnessed here today

  This place has been the only place to perform oil changes on my 2019 Ram 1500, and they top off my builds eveytime..I had always been pleases with their service, until one time they came to me with the coolant reservoir stick and showed me that there was a bunch of sludge in it...when I talked to Ram about this, they told me that they had added the incorrect coolant when topping off all the time that caused a chemical reaction with the specific Ram coolant apparently is required...inwent back and asked them but they said its a coolant for all vehicles...Then Ram said they need to use RAM specific coolant..it eventually caused the sludge and clogging lines and radiator cores along with engine cores...ive been having coolant heat fluctuations ever since that sludge developed.. I asked them to do a coolant flush and they said they couldnt. It began leaking fluid and now I. Having issues that I cannot fix, that should've never happened in the first place. You would trust that a place that deals with vehicle fluids, knows that different vehicles require different fluids...thats their job...their job is not to damage your vehicle. I ended up having to replace the entire radiator due to the Valvoline companies lack of understanding that some vehicles can't use coolant labeled "for all vehicles" and be ok..it may be ok in 95% of vehicles but ram has a VERY specific mixture that has a chemical reaction to all other coolants apparently and it creates a thick sludge that them moves through your system..eating away at seals, clogging the thermostat, creating a leaks that just continue to get worse at the seal of the system continues to degrade. The moment the techs found sludge in my reservoir, (knowing they were the only company to touch my coolant levels) I looked it up and it was VERY CLEAR that what they did caused this .and then I asked them to do a coolant flush to hopefully prevent further damage, at which they said they weren't able to perform this on my vehicle for some reason (I honestly don't recall). I just felt like someone damaged my expensive vehicle and they don't have a solution....I ended up spending around $1000 to replace everything that they damaged ...simply by not adding RAM exclusive coolant to top off the system..easy fix, that causes an outrageous repair. I feel I should take this to civil court, does anyone have any opinions or suggestions. If I had taken it to other shops to top off fluids I could then be in a confusing (who did it) position but knowing who did, makes it very evident and I wish they would do the honorable thing and step up , ....do SOMETHING and also explain how they have now taken steps to prevent this from happening to others...I get that it would seem ok to use "all vehicle" coolant. But then there are ALWAYS moments of learning..it's how you handle those that show the person you are and the level of business you're trying to run. As a long time service business owner myself,I recognize this quality and process
