- KVKayla Villa1 day ago5.0I always love Valvoline ! I started coming because I got coupons in the mail & I never stopped ! Quick oil change and they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t actually need. They also have recommendations on maintenance needed for your car based on miles and the type of car you have. So helpful and I never feel pressured here ! Also I pulled up and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes! They were quick and efficient and had absolutely no attitude ! Such a delight !

They had three people working on my car at one time, two of whom were double checking each other’s work. I would highly recommend this facility!

Paperwork stated that they filled the windshield washer fluid, they did not. I added 3/4 of a gallon today. Paperwork stated they checked the tire pressure, they did not. They changed the oil and checked the lights. That was it. I will no longer use Valvoline for my oil changes for any of my vehicles. You don't get what you pay for. Also, they also advertise tire rotation service but are not able to do so on a standard size 1500 truck because I was told they don't have the proper equipment. Would of only given 1 star, but staff was friendly so I gave two.
