- ATAaron ThomasFeb 22, 20262.0Was at this location this weekend for an oil change. BEWARE! Not all services paid for are provided. Paperwork stated that they filled the windshield washer fluid, they did not. I added 3/4 of a gallon today. Paperwork stated they checked the tire pressure, they did not. They changed the oil and checked the lights. That was it. I will no longer use Valvoline for my oil changes for any of my vehicles. You don't get what you pay for. Also, they also advertise tire rotation service but are not able to do so on a standard size 1500 truck because I was told they don't have the proper equipment. Would of only given 1 star, but staff was friendly so I gave two.

A young man named Gavin came out of a pizza shop nearby. It turns out that Gavin is the service manager at the Valvoline Service Center on Ray Rd. He walked to his shop and brought back his battery pack and gave me a jump. I followed him to his shop. Unfortunately, he did not have my battery in stock. He didn't have any luck trying to locate one nearby, but he tried. In the meantime, his crew topped off my fluids. He jumped me and sent me off with an apology which was not necessary. Gavin did all that he could to help. I will definitely return when I need my next service.
