- NHNicole HuntOct 13, 20251.0Do yourself a favor and drive the 2 miles to the QT on Gilbert and Warner. Their kitchen is awful and on the rare occasion they actually get your order right, they won't cook it correctly. Ordered a hot chicken sandwich and the chicken was frozen.

Cashed in a ticket and my winnings were thrown at me by some young man with a horrible haircut and pointy ears no taller than my 7-year-old child. Very unacceptable.

- KRkarina ridelSep 2, 20221.0Absolutely terrible. There were plenty of workers in the store but only one behind the register. There was also (I'm assuming) an off duty employee in extremely unprofessional clothing behind the register as well but was not assisting. The line grew to 8 people and the one employee (Alfonzo) still did nothing. I know that QT's policy is to call for help when there are more than 3 people standing in line but none of us were acknowledged or assisted properly per their policy. Once I was helped I asked for a bag for my items (there were about 8) and my receipt, to which Alfonzo scoffed at me like my request was outrageous. I told him in the future he could ask for help from his employees so a simple task like getting a bag or receipt isn't overwhelming. He met me with attitude and no apologies. Then the employee who was behind the register but not in uniform decided to yell at me, again was in street clothes and did nothing to help. I only know her name is Kaylee because as I was sitting in my car getting ready to leave she verbally attacked me outside and told me her name and that she didn't care if I complained. Worst service from a QT ever.
