  After shopping around for some tires, I stopped at this Goodyear. I was greeted by D'Angelo and he was very pleasant. He went over a couple options and explained that the tires would have to be ordered but received by the next day. I will be back! Price was reasonable and his information was great. Thanks D'Angelo!

  Had a problem with my power window. Spoke to D’Angelo about it. He was very professional and upfront on the repair which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely take my car there for any repairs. Great customer service.

  I went into this Goodyear shop to get a new battery. I had been to other places that either couldn't replace it or I had to drop off my battery. Those places were very rude. I walked into this Goodyear and was treated with such professionalism from D'Angelo. I did not have an appointment and he took my kets right away and got my battery changed. The communication was top notch. D'Angelo told me things I should think about getting done in the future and was not putting on pressure to get them done right then. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

  I was sitting in the store waiting for my car to be serviced when I observed, what I can only assume was a salesperson, by the name of Deanelgo answer the phone and seem bothered by the conversation. After he finished the conversation, he began blurting out some offensive and highly inappropriate language, loud enough for everyone nearby to hear. It was unprofessional and made the waiting area uncomfortable. Employees who work at the counter should be more aware of their surroundings and remember that customers are present and expecting a respectful environment. Incidents like this reflect poorly on the business and can make customers think twice about returning. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  Trying to resolve today's car issue started off a bit rocky. I called the Mesa Goodyear store several times and there was no answer. I then drove there to see if I could be helped only to be immediately dismissed and directed to the Gilbert location. While still at the Mesa store, frustrated, I called the Gilbert store. I explained my situation to D'Angelo, and instead of him dismissing me like the Mesa store, he squeezed me in so I could get back to work. This review is more about the great customer service that D'Angelo displayed than the lack of service I received from the Mesa store. In this day and age where AI bots are the norm and rudeness is a common thing, it is refreshing to see that there are people like D'Angelo that are willing to work with customers during unforeseen emergencies. To D'Angelo, the Gilbert store, and all that were involved to help me, I salute you. Your kindness and willingness to help me was greatly appreciated.
