Update: Someone from the corporate office called me this morning and was very condescending and rude. I can't believe the lack of concern for customers at this company. It seems like nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions anymore.. and it's not just here, but at a lot of places. I would have been okay with an apology but the guy seemed dead set on protecting his employees at all costs! I guess the customer isn't ever right anymore, even when we are. The customer service in this country gets worse and worse every day.
