- JJJeffDec 30, 20255.0The Manager and the team at this location are awesome. I was in Arizona to visit family for the holidays and made an appointment to get my oil changed. Prior to my appointment, I called the store to discuss their oil options. Michael was super helpful and gave thoughtful advice. Once I arrived I was greeted by Michael and Alex. They guided me in and began the oil change. That’s when the heart of these employees shined through. I own a 2025 Toyota Camry. Apparently, at my last oil change at the Toyota dealership in Arkansas, the technician cross threaded the oil filter on to the engine. There is an insert that came out with the filter when they went to remove it. I am pretty sure every employee there was trying to see if they could find a way to salvage the situation (Michael, Alex, Troy and Eric), but even with all their effort, the only resolution was a new part from Toyota. That’s when John the manager came over to see if he could help. John offered to help in any way he could, Including a ride to the Toyota dealership. The nearest dealership with the part was 40 miles away. My brother was near by so he gave me the ride. John let me know not to worry about the car as it was fine right where it was. We came back with the part and everyone jumped in to help finish up the service. We should all expect great customer service no matter where we go, but we all know that isn’t always the case. John and team provided the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Can’t thank John and team enough for all their help, support and friendly conversation. I highly recommend the Express Oil on the corner of E Baseline and Higler in Gilbert AZ. They are the best!
