    Not to happy with the fact I can’t return after hours anymore was the closet location to me and I rent all the time for travel . Ever since they got the new manager things changed . The previous reps were more authentic and willing to help you . Very inconvenient to have to travel further to be able to return on a Sunday . Instead of being closed they should open if they can’t accommodate after hour returns . Not fair to the client

    I had an 12 noon reservation for a premium truck and they had an older rusted in the bed truck. They called for a replacement truck and I left after waiting for two hours for another truck that never came. I will never shop with enterprise ever again
