As a single mother, reliable transportation is critical for my daily life. After my brother crashed my car, I was already in a difficult situation. Enterprise allowed me to drive a vehicle for an entire week, giving me the clear impression that everything was approved and moving forward. During that week, the car became my lifeline — especially during the Christmas season. Then, without warning, I was told I wasn’t approved and had to return the car immediately. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no acknowledgment of the position they put me in by allowing me to rely on a vehicle that was never truly approved. The emotional stress of having transportation taken away so abruptly during the holidays was overwhelming. This situation could have been avoided with honest communication from the beginning. I expected better transparency and compassion, especially from a company that works with families. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and deeply disappointed. Then to top it off dropped me off back home with a courtesy ride in the vehicle they took away from me.
