  I dropped off my car for a brake inspection with out knowing the severity of the brakes. Before inspection, I was warmly greeted by Aaron and I instantly knew he was going to take good care of me. The estimate for the brakes was way more than I could’ve imagined. (This is my first car so I’m clueless when it comes to brakes). I simply couldn’t afford the estimate but Aaron did what he said and took care of me. I mentioned one of the tires was also missing a stud and lug nut and he took care of it instantly. This is the best experience I’ve had at any car place. Brakes Plus is the real deal and Aaron is a blessing.

  I cannot tell you how wonderful this place is!! Aaron and his team are absolutely about the community and helping out. The blessings I received today were short of a miracle and I will always come back here for all my car needs,and a heart/soul tune up too. The positivity and encouragement here is overwhelming and I wont go anywhere else. Ladies, going to the shop is hard enough, but if you wanna feel heard and safe, come see Aaron and his crew!! You wont be disappointed!! THANK YOU AARON FOR ALL YOU BLESSED ME WITH!! ill be back after Im better!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience getting my brakes done here! Aaron went above and beyond, not only was he super informative, but he also took the time to actually show me how my brakes looked before and after the work. He said he likes “his clients to see what they’re getting and what he’s working on,” and I really appreciated that level of honesty and transparency. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers like that. The service was fast, professional, and priced fairly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone who needs brake work. Thanks again, Aaron and team, for the great service and for treating your customers right!

  I highly recommend this place. I was helped by Aaron he’s the GM at this location he was so knowledgeable and helpful he explained exactly what the issue was & broke down what my car needed and why after they did a full diagnostic. I felt completely comfortable having his team do the work my check engine light came off and my car has been running great ever since. Oghhh and i forgot to mention his team got to work right away they were done with my car within a few hours! Quality work and a great team that you can trust. Two days later my husbands car broke down we had it towed to the shop and by the end of the day these guys had his car back up and running and it’s been running great!

  I took my Highlander in last month to Brakes Plus (4305 E Baseline Rd, Gilbert) for a quick oil change prior to leaving on a 3500 miles road trip the following day. I had not been experiencing any brake problems. Brakes Plus called an hour or so later and said I need to replace my front rear struts and rear shocks ($1608.97) because they were leaking hydraulic fluid and I needed to replace my front lower control arm ($1591.98) and then get an alignment ($118). Total "recommended services" of $3351.82. I asked what the worst thing that could happen if I didn't do this now and they said I'd ruin my tires and would have a hard time if I had to stop quickly. I told them I would wait and check with my regular mechanic which I'm so glad I did. Long story short, I had a great road trip with no problems. I came home and had Discount Tire check my tires and they were fine. And today my mechanic took a look at my control arm, struts, and shocks and said 1 strut and 1 shock were leaking but there was nothing wrong with the control arm and there was no pressure to get anything replaced right now, especially since I had the brakes replaced 12,000 miles ago. Long story short, I will NEVER return to Brakes Plus as I don't appreciate high pressured, dishonest service. Update 4 months later (Oct 2025): My Highlander continues to run well. No tire problems and nothing has needed to be replaced.
