Each time, the technician explains the problem thoroughly. This shop has become my trusted source for keeping my cars running. In October, I was hit in my 2022 Mazda CX-5. I’m not sure I ever needed their service on that car. However, when it was time to shop for a replacement for the Mazda, the shop manager, Aaron, was instrumental in guiding me to a reliable used car. I brought three cars in for pre-purchase inspections: A Mazda6 that needed over $5k in repairs and a Nissan Rogue that needed $4,500 in repairs. These weren’t “recommendations”—they were critical safety concerns that could lead to catastrophic incidents. It was at this point that I asked Aaron for his advice. Then gave me the run around to correct their work, and still left me with screaming brakes. I decided to go to Brake Plus. Wise decision!! Immediately, I was impressed with Hank. Very informative and knowledgable. They discovered what the issue was, and resurfaced the brake pads. Today they did a brake inspection on my 2022 Chevy Colorado. My brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Gave me a great price and quickly serviced my truck. Brake Plus should give siminars on how to run a auto mechanic shop.
