- DADeron AshJan 2, 20263.0Brought my 2019 Mazda in for creaking noise that (in my opinion) is likely due to strut wear. Technician instead diagnosed it as the lower control arms which were replaced at $1400. Absolutely no change in the creaking noise. To be fair, the manager requested I bring it back in to make it right. I think they'd give me a good deal on the new work but I'm still out $1400 for work that the technician should have diagnosed correctly the first time.
