  Jordan was so very helpful When my car went into “limp” Mode. My oil was low and my battery needed replacing! (I knew I was overdue for an oil change- my bad). The battery had been purchased at auto zone so it was still Under warranty!! Imagine that! Quick and efficient and all with a smile! Thank you!

  The gentleman working he was awesome very friendly and helpful. Super easy to get my car scanned and see what was wrong with my vehicle. Highly recommend coming here and speaking with the gentleman. Didn’t catch his name, but very quick service friendly customer service was on point

  I had a set of license plate bulbs that needed to be replaced. I went and got the bulbs, one of them still didn't work so I was convinced I needed a new socket assembly. So I went back to Autozone, I explained to the kind young clerk my problem and he came out to my car and explained that I might only need to turn the bulb 180°, and the socket looked fine. He turned the bulb and of course his solution worked; FYI I know more about outerspace than I do car repair, and I'm no astronaut! He saved me extra money and helped to teach me something about basic automobile maintainence; instead of trying to sell me a part that I really didn't need! I would have hugged him but didn't want to be creepy so I gave him a harty handshake! This place saved me $80.00 by teaching me how to do it myself instead of overpaying at a dealer to get a lesser value part! Will definitely always go back here!

  I don't normally do bad reviews but this is the final straw. There is a woman that works here that is always giving me the absolute worst attitude and I really don't understand why. Today she tried to lie to me that her store doesn't do store credit or gift cards, etc when I had a return. I had the receipt and original card, I just wanted to use the credit right away on an item in store. I understand that it's a few more steps on the computer and that may have been something she doesn't know how to do, but to lie and then tell me I'm being disrespectful because I told her I have had it done several times in the past (I've spent thousands at this store). I will never visit this location again. How dare she make a big scene to try and get the guys in the store to immediately assault me or something, I don't know. It was embarrassing for her just as much, had she any self respect. I will be writing to corporate about her because this isn't an isolated incident with her.
