She immediately greeted me upon entry, helped me find the best wipers for my car, showed me how to put them on and then when I couldn’t put them on….even helped me to put them on. I don’t normally comment on customer service because I rarely see it nowadays. She displayed excellence and professionalism as well as initiative and follow through which is so rare nowadays. Great work Abigail. You are a true asset to the company!!
