The whole staff was very helpful and helped me understand the problem and also how to fix it because it was thankfully an easy fix. My engine light checked off this morning.

Jacob went the extra mile in installing the new battery including readjusting the battery hold down bracket and j bolts to properly secure the battery. Great customer service at this store.

I don’t normally comment on customer service because I rarely see it nowadays. She displayed excellence and professionalism as well as initiative and follow through which is so rare nowadays.
