Today was one of those unusual days when we got rain. I was driving to an appointment and suddenly, my passenger side windshield wiper fell out of the housing on the wiper arm. Obviously, I didn’t want to scrape the metal wiper arm across my windshield, but I also needed to be able to see where I was going. Fortunately for me, the rain was not too heavy at this point and I made it to my appointment safely. After the appointment, I found this AutoZone, located at 179 East Williams Field Road in Gilbert, Arizona, and stopped in to buy a replacement. I found it quickly and walked up to the register area. The employee was helping another customer, so I hung back to let them take care of their business. I noticed that the registers at the end were marked for self-service, so I walked over there. It wasn’t readily apparent that this register was actually intended for self-service since the computer monitor was facing behind the counter, and the barcode scanner was behind the register. The employee stepped away from the other customer for a couple seconds to scan my purchase. I paid for it just as another employee walked up and pulled the receipt from the register and handed it to me. Quick and easy; I was on my way. Thank you, AutoZone!

I came in for a replacement battery. Sydney was so helpful not only did she help me use my credit for a better product. But she installed my new battery in a matter of minutes. Most importantly she made me feel valued and a long time customer and at ease in my experience.

Went in for a simple battery. I needed a car battery so I went in to Auto Zone to quickly buy a battery and be on my way. If they could make a system in order to find your own battery and then have a self check out. The line was one person deep. Took 20 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore. Drove to walmart and done done. Avoid going here unless there is no customers in the store or be prepared to wait up to an hour to an hour and a half to ask a question.

I came in on Monday morning after my car was dead for about 35 minutes and got jumped to make it to an AutoZone. Willow came outside with me and stood back and asked me to pop my hood, I verbally told willow I didn't know how to do that or how to open it once I popped it using the lever inside my car, she explained to me that their was a latch to unlock on the hood and still proceeded to stand behind me, I verbally told willow again I didn't know how, willow huffed and puffed acting like it was too much of a hassle to open it for me. Willow then questioned me that my car died and told me that everything was fine, willow had me start the car and explained that my battery was fine and I didn't need to get one. Willow then walked away and went back inside the building leaving me with my cars hood open. I went to another auto zone location and the employee there was very helpful , opened and closed my cars hood and turns out there was an issue with my alternator!
