A dead battery is never convenient but Auto Zone is always great to get you restarted and on your way. Tony L. expertly helped me during what was already an overwhelming morning. He found the battery I needed, installed it even though some things under the hood had to be removed first, did it in the rain, and all with friendly conversation throughout. Instead of being a huge inconvenience it was a bright spot in a busy morning. Thank you again Tony for your help!!

I came in tonight after work with a TON of questions about my car & absolutely no idea where to start...
Thank God for Tyler T., the Parts Service Manager at this particular AutoZone-- the Val Vista & Warner location. Tyler was wrapping up with another customer when I came in, and I overheard that customer enthusiastically thanking Tyler for all his help; (he also referenced Tyler's amazing customer service!) As soon as he was thru with that person, Tyler approached me & immediately asked how he could assist. He was incredibly patient with me, he answered all my questions thoroughly (AND in layman's terms, to make sure that I would understand,) and he even went out of his way to ask additional questions about my car specifically to ensure we filled in the gaps so to speak on the issues that I didn't even know to consider.
He gave me multiple recommendations for which parts I needed to solve the problem, and-- again-- he made sure I understood the products that he was showing me. When I got confused a couple time & needed him to repeat himself, Tyler politely, patiently and professionally did just that. As a woman with a very elementary-level understanding of anything car-related, I can't tell you how rare this level of patience is... In fact, I was so impressed by my experience with Tyler, I am not only writing this review but I'm also going to be going out of my way to promote AutoZone. I will be telling my friends & my family who live in the area all about the A+ experience I had working with Tyler. It was made very clear to me that the company & this location in particular values their customers, and I sincerely hope Tyler is celebrated and recognized for going above & beyond to ensure that he is not simply making a one-time sale, but that thru his positive attitude + genuine interest in helping others, that he gives his customers a reason to committ their loyalty to one auto parts company. After THIS experience, I will not be buying so much as an air freshener from anywhere else...
I happily bought what Tyler recommended, and when I left the store all my questions had been answered & my problem was resolved!
Thanks to Tyler, AutoZone has a new customer for life.

I had a great experience here! I called ahead to see if they had an engine and cabin air filter for my 2020 Dodge Journey, and when I arrived less than an hour later, they already had them waiting on the counter for me. Since I don’t have much car knowledge, I asked how easy it would be to replace them myself. Jose was kind enough to step outside and walk me through the entire process which was quick, easy, and so helpful. Excellent customer service and a genuinely positive experience all around. I’ll definitely be back!

Workers there in 10/09 do bare minimum and unwilling to really help. Showed up in suit and tie needing a relay for my AC compressor. Their system apparently is. It setup to find that kind of part number and the employee told me to go outside and pull the part to check the number on it. I explained I was but dressed for that and didn't want to get my clothes dirty and he said there was nothing he could do. He didn't volunteer to pull it from the engine bay..... I got home, changed and when pulled the part myself and ordered from Amazon with same day delivery. Will not go back to this AutoZone after this experience. All those employees there and not one was helpful

Had an issue with my rewards points, got it resolved, returned my purchase, there was an issue with the return, amount was wrong. Manager there did an awesome job of resolving all the issues, kept a great attitude the whole time and made 2 frustrating problems no problem at all. (Long haired guy at Val Vista and Warner in Gilbert)
