  I have never had such amazing customer service before as I did when I came to my appointment at Brakes Plus Val Vista Lakes. Aaron is very professional, honest and transparent. You can tell he enjoys his job with a passion and he without a doubt, knows cars inside and out.

  I have been coming here for 6 years. I WAS really happy with the commitment to service. Even started taking my mother-in-law's car here for oil changes. They where backing her car up in 2022 and back into a pole. I never hear the end of that from the mom-in-law! Still kept coming back but now I am done! This last time I had my motor mounts replaced. They had to keep it over night. Came home, checked uner the hood and there was a socket extention on my engine. Not happy about that!! I drove back and gave to the mechanic. A couple days and driving it on the 60 my car in shaking worse than before. I called and they said give it time the rubber seal has to break in. Ok 3 weeks go by I had to get hoses replaced by Honda and I tell them about the shaking. Honda checks it out and there is a bolt that is not tightened down! This whole time I am driving with it like that, no wonder it was shaking so bad. I could feel my heart jump! I brought the issue to the manager to let them know and all he could say was I should have brought it back to them. Why cause I need to collect more tools on my engine? The car is at Honda already. I will be contacting the owners and Break Plus company headquarters. This is a few close call dangerous issues! FYI-Check under your hood's for tools and check all bolts are tightened!

  I come here regularly for oil changes and, after one of my older vehicles was sitting for a few months, I had it fully inspected here. Aaron was super patient and detailed in explaining everything wrong with my vehicle. He was understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out what was most urgent and what best fit my budget. I was able to get my vehicle taken care of and he made sure my car was well taken care of. I always recommend this location to my friends and family. Big thanks to Aaron and his team for keeping our vehicles healthy 😁

  I rolled into this Breaks Plus off of Baseline and Greenfield in Mesa, with the noisiest break issues I've ever had! Aaron was exceptionally helpful and heard my plight with why I waited so long to get the repairs. He exclaimed "God has your back, the condition of your break system could have failed at any time putting you and others in danger" completely replaced all 4 wheels breaks and after a test drive discovered the master cylinder was also in immediate need of replacing. Aaron has the safety and wallets of their customers in his kind heart, he gave me an amazing deal on the entire job. Thank you so much Aaron! God Bless you all at Breaks Plus!

  We had a very disappointing experience here. I know auto shops are expensive but I feel as though they were seriously trying to work us over. A belt in my husband's vehicle snapped and he purchased the replacement part. In the parking lot where his car broke down he attempted to make the repair himself only to find the engine was too hot and new belt was too tight to fix at the time. He walked into brakes plus and explained the situation. Asked them to switch the belt for him...simple repair. Later he received a call that there was an issue with the belt tightener and repairs would be $600! Mind you, he could not get the belt on because the tension was so tight so clearly they were not honest. He explained he'd be back to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival he inquired what the flag time was for this service. They advised it was 1.5 hours. He then ask to clarify if the hourly flag rate was $400 to justify the $600 quote which they could not provide any justification for. Car repairs are expensive enough and it's sad to see how much people are taken advantage of. Husband rented a vehicle dolly from uhaul, towed the vehicle home and had it repaired it less than 10 minutes.
