- RMRose MaloneMar 7, 20261.0Stopped at Gila Bend Pilot a couple of days ago. Haven’t been there in a couple of years. It was clean, well stocked place then. Now it was incredibly disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy and littered, no soap in the dispensers. The floor of the store was even worse. The tea in the dispenser was so old it smelled and was sour. They were out of many items. Some of the gas pumps weren’t working. Whoever runs this should be ashamed and fired. What a difference from a couple of years ago. No way would I ever stop here again. Definitely only worth a zero star rating.

- CCCCFeb 6, 20261.02/5/2026 5 PM They held $151 on my credit card when I gassed up. They have almost no healthy food items for sale and the fruit in the front was straight up rotten. I can't believe nobody takes care of their food to that degree. I mean you guys know people from CA come through here and we do like to eat kind of healthy. I didn't appreciate paying three dollars for a yogurt and you have zero salads! I had to go over to that nasty subway, which was a -10 in service and quality. The elderly Latina woman was a real treat. Wink wink wink. Her attitude sucked massively. Plus, I paid 12 dollars for a half filled, old wilted salad. She was doing that usual passive aggressive subway, sloooooooowww one leaf at a time thing they do when you ask for more of whatever it is you want. She was really rationing my spinach like it was personally coming out of her paycheck. I had to walk away to check out my other food on the other side because she refused to ring me up after finishing my half salad and and went and helped the five kids behind me first to make their sandwiches and check them out first!! Bech!!!!!! 🤯 I cannot. The woman who rung up my drinks/yogurt, etc. was really nice, but I hated everything else about this place and it was a total rip off. The motel next door was nice. It was a restful stop and I was able to get back on the road with my cats without a bunch of extra BS in the morning. Strange final note: there is a funky smell in this town. IDK what it is, but it stinks. Literally.
