  Great company to deal with. I had a very nice vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. I love the fact that they will come and pick you up if you don't have to wait to get there. Sometimes that's very necessary. Thank you Enterprise.

Here’s a possible review you could use: --- **Rave Review for Jack at Enterprise Car Rental, Fountain Hills, AZ** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't thank Jack enough for the incredible service he provided during a stressful situation! We were en route to California from Flagstaff when our car started having issues. With our bags packed and music playing, we were already in a rush and faced with a tough decision: keep going or swap out the car? Not wanting to take any chances, we started calling Enterprise locations. When we reached Jack at the Fountain Hills branch at 4:50 PM, he informed us they were closing soon. We raced over and, to our relief, Jack was there waiting for us with the door open! He greeted us warmly, apologized for our inconvenience, and immediately got to work. Thanks to his quick service, we were back on the road within minutes! Jack’s exceptional customer service exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Jack! You truly are a lifesaver!

  I saw that there was a enterprise in fountain hills, closer to where I live then another location I would always go to, but didn’t try it, but I did this week because my husband had to help me get the car and it was a closer location to us, and I am so happy I tried this location; although it looks like they don’t have a huge option of cars, they either will get what you want, or they might have it, either way, they are extremely communicative and stay in touch with you about things! There was a confusion on my bill and it’s really hard for me to be able to take time during the day to figure things out with my work schedule, but everyone at this location was so nice and understanding and ultimately helped me and fixed the situation within a very short amount of time! I appreciate everyone at the fountain hills location, and for any enterprise needs, I will definitely return to this one, just because of the customer service I was given! Thank you!

  The whole process was smooth and efficient. I recommend the Fountain Hills office of Enterprise because the young man running the place was so organized and was always quick to move to the next step. The car was pre-cooled for me. This is one of the good places and I highly recommend it.
