He jumped in to let us know we purchased the wrong ropes and showed us the needed ones. On top of that, he even helped us put them on for our safety. We really would’ve been stuck trying to figure it out if he hadn’t jumped in to help us. Thank you, Travis!

You would be doing well. I think he definitely deserves a promotion and a raise. I have never been treated so good by an employee in my life at any store. So I just wanted to leave a good word about Zion and everybody in that store actually but Zion in particular took a lot of time with me and paid particular attention to me thank you AutoZone. Keep up the good work.
- JCJosh CluffJul 13, 20255.0I usually go to O'Reailly's out of convenience. O'Reilly's did not have what I needed today, so I ended up in town at this Autozone. I was looking for multiple hard to find parts, 2 of which they had in stock and 1 which they said could possibly be delivered same day for pick up. Normally I do not get this kind of customer service at any auto parts store. You all know the game, bring your part and when they grab your new one, compare to make sure it is correct. You can rest assured at this location you are getting what you need and are able to get back to wrenching quickly. The staff was very proficient and super helpful, not very common in this industry. I purchased the order at 10:58am hoping the item would come in today. The manager Stephanie overheard me asking about what time it may show up. She said she will call me if the item is delivered today. At 2:20 I received a call from Stephanie letting me know the item has arrived. Stephanie is doing something amazing in this location and I will be using Autozone from now on for all my car and parts needs. Stephanie is a ROCK STAR and should be running a region, not a store. At any rate go here if you need anything. P.S. When I pulled up Stephanie, who I did not know was the manager at this point was outside in 109 degrees heat changing a battery for a customer.
