- CCcharlotte carrApr 24, 20171.0had been there for 4 years always paid one year in advance, bought an rv storage unit next door to star nursery, called to say we were taking our trailers and atv out, had two months left, was told by owner they don't refund any monies! so they kept the two months rent we paid in advance. hope everyone is aware of the business practice they do, if your going to rent pay once a month. they just put a couple of hundred dollars in their pockets!!
