  My daughter's car would not start. We removed the battery and took it to our Florence Auto Zone. It was 7:30pm and the two young men working were very kind and helpful to us. They checked the battery and found no charge. They kept it overnight in an attempt to revive it. No such luck. When I returned in the morning to pick up the battery, the manager, Jeremy, not only helped us find the correct new battery, but he price matched the one at Costco that I had been going to buy. He was very professional and generous. Every time I have gone to this Auto Zone, they have been helpful and patient with their customers. I highly recommend this store to you and hope we can show appreciation for them choosing our community to do business in. Thank you Jeremy, and the two young men working the night shift for solving our problem in such a positive manner. The car is doing great. 👍

  I stopped by to purchase some fuel additive. There was a sign that said " buy one get on free". When I went to the counter it rang up regular price. I pointed out the buy one get one. He said that ended yesterday or today. He checked with another older man and the old guy said" if it ended ,it's ended . What do you want from me?" . I said" you could at least take down the sign." The young man said he would ask he ask the other guy if he could honor it but he would not do it. The old guy says in a very disparaging tone " give him 10% off." So I did not buy anything and as I was leaving, I said to the old guy " That's no way to treat a Customer" No wonder the store was completely empty of customers.

  The store manager Bruce and the staff are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me last night 1/20/26. A BIG Thank you to them for taking the time and finding a solution to help me out. I will never shop elsewhere for parts ..
