- GPGary Preston2 days ago1.0My “about 15 minutes” oil change on my Ford Ranger took over an hour with the added cabin air filter replaced during the oil change. When it was finally finished, and I was late for my Dr. appointment, 2 of the plastic retainer clips holding the oil filter cover were broken and the shop didn’t have any replacement clips the right size. So I left after an hour with unfinished business!! Very dissatisfied with this oil change visit.

I'm just not sure what the big deal was? Why shouldn't I get to use my coupon the next time I come in it will be expired.
