  Picked up car in Flagstaff AZ and it was filthy. All the seats were stained and car had no windshield wiper fluid and the coolant cap was left off. Stopped in Sedona AZ and asked the Enterprise employee if he could fill up the wiper fluid and he was less than enthusiastic about helping. Had great expectations from Enterprise but not happy with the condition of the car.

  I want to give special shout outs to Rylie at Enterprise car rental at Flagstaff airport and Cullen, Scott and Denny at the Enterprise location on Route 66. We were stranded in Flagstaff for a week while our tow vehicle for a travel trailer was broken down and in the shop. First, we needed a rental in Flagstaff while the dealer determined the problem with the truck. We needed a GM product so that the cost would be reimbursed since our truck was order warranty. We also needed a vehicle that could carry three adults and two dogs. We were also concerned about the dog hairs that would be left behind. However, those three guys at the Route 66 location helped us with a suitable vehicle and we cleaned as best we could upon return. We had to rent a truck to pull the trailer home (that was Enterprise truck rental elsewhere) but also needed to rent a vehicle. We determined that we needed an SUV that accommodated two dog crates side by side with additional space for other gear. We again needed a GM product for reimbursement purposes. I was told that Flagstaff was generally short vehicles so it was a big request to let a car go one way. I was able to reserve a car online. The following day Rylie at the airport location contacted me and asked what we needed in a rental as they didn't have what I had reserved. I explained the situation to her and she said she would get back to me. A few hours later she called to tell me they had a Chevy SUV returned and it would be ready to go after being cleaned. Rylie really came through! It served us well getting home! The truck repair necessitated the rental of three different vehicles at different times and all three were from Enterprise. They will be my first choice of rentals in the future.
