THEY PURPOSELY LOOSENED THE DRAIN PLUG ON THE TRANSMISSION OF OUR TOYOTA CAMRY TRANSMISSION JUST SO THEY COULD PRETEND IT HAD A TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK AND THEN TRY TO OFFER US A TRANSMISSION SERVICE!!! SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS UP WHEN THEY SAID OH YOUR TRANSMISSION IS LEAKING HORRIBLY AND YET THIS CAR HAS NEVER LEAKED TRANSMISSION FLUID IN THE FIVE YEARS WE'VE OWNED IT!!!! LEFT THERE TOOK IT IMMEDIATELY TO OUR NORMAL MECHANIC EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALMOST 5:00 P.M. JUST FOR HIM TO COME OUT AND TELL US AFTER HE LOOKED AT IT THAT THEY INDEED DID LOOSEN THE TRANSMISSION DRAIN PLUG!! WILL BE REPORTING THEM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO THE BBB YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Getting my oil changed is always difficult because I have 3 kids and usually have to wait an hour or two inside at other places while trying to keep my kids entertained and quiet. At Valvoline, I was able to stay in the car and they took about 15 minutes to change the oil. Everyone was very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I must share how very impressed I was with everyone there! Even with my arriving 5 minutes before closing, the techs remained very attentive and went above & beyond my expectations to ensure the services performed on my car were done properly, and without feeling rushed. I wish I got the names of the 2 gentlemen that performed the services, because they deserve recognition! I give them a 10/10 rating and I would give more than a 5-star review on Google. I will definitely return to this shop for any future services and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest and attentive place for car services. Great job, guys!!
