They took advantage of her to tell her additional items were “due” for service and charged an additional $80 for a cabin air filter and a fuel system additive. Neither item was needed - but even if they were, the pricing is absurd. Could get both “additions” at autozone for less than $30. Taking advantage of a relative lack of knowledge of a customer is what you can expect if you go here. If you go - know your car systems and pricing or expect to be taken advantage of by predatory pricing and practices.

Clearly, there is a strong management team established at this location because it shows consistently.
