    Korbin and Shane were fantastic! They got us in and out with all the services we needed. We got the oil change and transmission fluid change. It made a world of difference and the car feels almost new. 10/10 recommend!

    I had to come back twice which was pretty frustrating the first time I drove in my lights wasn’t checked at all I actually used to work at valvoline in California for 6 months but I didn’t share that information so I knew automatically the basic protocol check in was incorrect I got my tires pumped and left and I noticed my turning signals lights were out so I went to autozone bought new lights and wanted valvoline to put it in for me coming back the second time in the same day less than 30 mins was a better experience a guy name that start with an “Ka” night shift was really nice especially closing in 30 mins he still was able to help me and apologized my lights not being checked in the first place I was just frustrated that I could’ve saved multiple trips back and forth from valvoline and auto zone when I couldn’t just got my lights checked in the first place and got everything done from the started the first stop felt more like the guy was just trying to get a sell off me and the second guy was more a welcome experience and here to help !! the positive attitude the 2nd second stop definitely made me feel a bit better ! thank you overall but being an old employee with the company would be nice to see the FULL check in not just a rush sell also my cabin filter wasnt checked and I know thats also apart of the process the first guy thought I was a new customer but imagine if I told him I worked there before I bet my experience would’ve been different
