DO NOT bring your car here. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday with no prior issues and was sent on my way without being informed that my vehicle was damaged during the service.
I came in for an oil change and was informed by the tech that it would be a few minutes as they had to remove some mud from my skid plate. I told him I wasn’t surprised as I live down a dirt road. After removing the skid plate, the tech informed me that some clips were broken and they were going to look for replacements.
I was then checked out for the service and sent on my way — with no further word on the status of my skid plate. Shame on me for assuming the clips had been replaced, since they let me leave without saying another word about it. Shame on me for assuming they would take better care of their customers.
After getting on the highway to head home, I could hear the skid plate banging against the bottom of my car before it tore off completely.
I promptly called customer service and informed them of the situation, and was told I would receive a follow-up call. The following day, I received a call from the shop and spoke with Corbin, who told me that the invoice (which I never received a copy of via paper or email) stated that the skid plate was damaged upon arrival and it was recommended not to be put back on.
I informed Corbin that this had never been communicated to me and let him know exactly what I had been told. He had nothing to say other than that they would be unable to replace it. I stated that if it was recommended not to be put back on, they should have:
1. Told me that.
2. Not put it back on.
I told him I was never informed that the skid plate was hanging below my car before being sent out of the shop — and was met with silence.
I called customer service again, and while the representative acknowledged my frustration, she again stated they could not replace it. So now I’m out both the cost of the service and the cost of a new skid plate.
1. If the vehicle was damaged upon arrival as they claim, I should have been informed of that before they proceeded with the service.
2. If they didn’t recommend putting it back on, they shouldn’t have. And I should’ve been told.
3. They instead decided to put it back on anyway and were unable to secure it properly. I should have been informed that my skid plate was dragging below my car before I left the shop — but surprise, I wasn’t.
I firmly believe they broke the clips off my skid plate while trying to remove it, and didn’t have replacements. They should have AT LEAST told me what happened and zip-tied it back up to prevent it from being torn off on the way home. Unfortunately, they won’t do the bare minimum to take care of their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes.
STAY AWAY from this place. “Certified technicians” is a joke. Don’t let your wives and daughters come here. They will take advantage of you, and it will end up costing you.

So I stopped in this place a month ago when I was passing through town. Pulled in n got an oil change. The entire crew was upbeat. There were two women working there with good banter everyone was smiling. Good vibes. I paid for my $70 oil change n gave them a $30 tip n told them to get pizza on me. Today I was passing through town n decided to stop get the oil level checked n topped off. There was a line n the guy came out. I told him what I was there for n he said it would be $5 or $10 bucks n the wait was about 20 minutes. Im like cool n As im watching the crew ( which was different than before except that one of the women was there ) no one was smiling. No banter. Totally different energy. It looked like no one wanted to be there. you could tell the guy with the long hair was the lead guy. I pop the hood n the woman goes to check the oil…he goes over to have a hushed chat with her n comes to the window to announce there is no oil in my car. I said.. none?? N he said less than a quart. She then proceeds to do a 2 second squirt of oil in the car n said I just put a quart it n I’m barley getting a reading. She then does a another quick squirt n asks the long hair guy how many quarts does it take n he said.. his car takes 4.4 quarts. My spidey senses kinda kicked in n I questioned the long hair guy about what was going on. He basically brushed me off but knew I was paying attention. On the screen I could see it says $17.08 due n this is BEFORE he asks here how much oil she put it. So now he asks her n she says 2.5 quarts. He repeats it to me n tells me I owe $17.08. ( I thought it had less than a quart ?) I don’t like games like this. I won’t be back next month when I pass through town. If you are gonna have your crew cheating people that’s what creates the bad vibes n no one is smiling. Shady long hair lead guy has the rest of the crew playing his game n the rest of the crew goes along. Valvoline should have a chat with this guy. Good service is what brings people in. Sketchy games keep them away. It’s only a few bucks but it’s the point.
