I had a trip planned, so I had to go to an auto dealership and there the diagnosed the problem and replaced all the fuzes for $210.00. Why did the Safelight technician short my electrical system while disconnecting my battery ? And then not tell me? Sloppy practices and inexperience, and a rush to get off work on Thanksgiving eve afternoon. I am extremely pissed-off by Safelight's sloppy work, and then sending me off without telling me they had caused an electrical fault. It cost me an additional $210.00 to fix the problem they created by shorting my electrical system during windshield repair. Totally unacceptable service.
