I wanted to take the time to review them again because this was an excellent experience. I got there a little early and they were able to take my vehicle back right away. The work was finished incredibly quickly and everything looks to be in excellent condition. They even found a piece the other shop had misplaced when I’d gone elsewhere and put it where it should be. Respectful and professional with a comfortable waiting room.

I thought I could trust Safelite to do my Bronco window replacement (no previous issues at other locations) but not only did the first replacement leak, the tech damaged the paint around the window area. I have been back several times for a second window replacement and for paint touch up. The paint touch up was horribly done. Even though I had an appointment specifically to remove the window in order to touch up the damaged areas better, they just slapped on dabs of paint on a couple of areas, and said they didn't have time to remove the window. The manager then sent me to a body shop who told me that a proper paint repair would be a major undertaking, requiring reporting on my VIN number (CarFax, etc). I cannot express in a G-rated manner how upset I am about all of this. I will never recommend or use Safelite again.
