    Made an online booking and waited ages to be seen. I was told only credit card would be taken and I was unable to use debit card, there was no mention of this on the booking. Was told to go to the enterprise airport branch and they would be able to help. Paid for taxi to and from the airport. The airport branch were unable to help. Wasted my whole morning as well as fees to and from the airport.

    The manager (Danny) at the Flagstaff,Az. Route 66 location, was extremely rude and unprofessional when calling me about the rental extension. This was my first time renting with Enterprise and will also be my last. Enterprise needs to talk to this man about how to treat his customers. I did not appreciate his attitude and sarcasm . I paid alot of money for the rental and even added extra days. This is not a good impression of the Enterprise Rental Company.

    Manager Deni Ortiz Is very condescending and doesn't listen to the conversation at hand is he tries to steer it with his own agenda. I had lost an item called the immediately the next day when they opened they did not inform me to write a lost and found report as I was told after calling corporate he was very dismissive and should require immediately retraining and customer service terrible terrible service by the manager Deni Ortiz
