    Absolutely terrible experience. We came to pick up a car, and due to a misunderstanding, the staff member ( stout lady, may be supervisor @ 6.30 pm ) on duty refused to release it. My friend clearly said "he is", referring to the person the booking was under, but the lady misheard it as "yes" and assumed we were being dishonest. Despite trying to clarify, she wouldn't listen and escalated the situation unnecessarily. What’s worse, she accused us of fraud — completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I personally heard the entire exchange, and the staff member simply refused to acknowledge her mistake. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, she chose to argue and make baseless accusations. If this is how customers are treated — with assumptions, false accusations, and no accountability — then I’d advise others to think twice before doing business here. Staff should be trained better in both communication and customer service.

    The lady manager she works here seems like she has hearing aids. She cant hear us properly & instead she assumes wrong about us. I never recommend to take car here. Hertz or Avis and Budget is best which are beside them.

    I booked a reservation online for my aunt who is elderly. She and my uncle were on a roadtrip when their car broke down in Seligman so they got towed to Flagstaff and needed a rental car. I was unable to get ahold of the location directly to verify vehicles in stock (inconvenient) so I called the phone number listed and was connected to the reservation line. I was told there was many vehicles available for rent so I booked a reservation online. Upon arrival the employee confirmed with my aunt she had a rental for a sedan and asked for id and credit card. After the employee said this, the branch manager, Deni Ortiz, walked over and interrupted the employee in a rude disrespectful tone, told them “no, we are not renting any cars”. My aunt questioned Deni why cars are not being rented when there are many cars parked on the lot and another customer was there getting keys to a rental vehicle. Deni refused and could not provide a reason. He was condescending, unprofessional and called my aunt “girl” and “lady”. This is unacceptable behavior from a branch manager. Upon leaving another employee came outside and told my aunt that Deni is a bad manager, rude, and to submit a complaint to the district manager. She gave a business card with all their information. We have yet to receive a response from the district manager Faruk Kiroglu or Enterprise. AVOID this company, avoid this location, and the terrible poor customer service and management. We will never do business with Enterprise ever again nor recommend it to anyone. Do better Enterprise. No one deserves this treatment.
