  I took my 1994 f350 for an oil change and tire rotation. I got the truck back and when I took him to be fueled, I noticed the back hub covers gone. I returned to the shop and the mechanic said that they were not there when I drove it in. The manager challenged my word on the premises that the mechanic had nothing to gain by taking the hub covers. He said the I must have drop them on the way. I need to get to an appointment so I left. When I got to my appointment, I saw the back cover on the front tires. I called and was told that the video would be researched. 'If the hubs are there, we will replace them, however '. This was particularly insulting to me because I showed him the fotos of what the tire assemble looked like before. After his insinuating that I lied and that his Mesa mechanic is honest, he said...'oh...he put the back hubs on top of the front ones'. I took the truck the next day and that was the case. The price was affordable, but I don't look for affordable. I look for honest and safe work. His mechanic lied and he stood by his statement making me the liar. The manager is very personable and have great customer service, but that does not compensate for the time I lost and the trust. Flagstaff in notorious for poor service.

  If you’re looking for a team that is attentive, fast, and reliable, this is the location to visit. Whether you are a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and come here. My family and I were traveling from Denver when our ABS and traction control lights came on unexpectedly. For our safety, we stopped to get it checked, and it turned out to be a faulty wheel hub and sensor. Despite being the only mechanic on duty that day, he was incredibly efficient and got the job done right. A huge thank you to Jasper at the front desk for addressing my concerns and making me feel at ease. It’s rare to find an honest shop that won’t oversell or overprice. We will definitely be recommending this place to our local family and friends! - Cesar N.

  The current store manager in the month of December 2025 was very very kind and understanding and helped me and my wife out very generously with my vehicle. My vehicle had had some problems within the last year and the manager and the team that was working on my vehicle did an amazing job. Would recommend this shop for anyone! Absolutely extremely happy with the service ive received and will continue to be a customer there! Very grateful! 5 stars and more if i could.

  Got my oil changed twice here. The first time was because my husband got me a free coupon, this time I paid myself. The price is extremely fair and the service is wonderful, and they are very open and straight with you about what's really going on with your vehicle

  To start I’m not one to go and get an opinion for such things but in this moment I felt I had no choice. Without thinking I drove straight to Brakes Plus with the worry that something within my suspension system was failing blown or broken. Brakes Plus was not only super welcoming but had my car up and on a lift in no time. They were proficient and even did further over looking than originally discussed. Within later discovery they pin pointed a leaking water pump which not only could be super crucial but I was completely unware of leak. After not only money crunching but trying to evaluate how I will have transportation, Brakes Plus went above and beyond matching not only lower pricing found else where but offered me assistance in a ride to and from the facility. As I stated at the beginning this wasn’t my first choice nor did I want to deal with any of this, these guys did a job well done.! Thanks Guys.! You killed it.! Your truly Shelby :)
