They also repeatedly tried to diagnose engine issues when they are not automotive technicians and do not have the professional expertise required to diagnose such issues. I’ve spent $250 I didn’t need to spend when I repeatedly expressed that I’m on a tight budget. It’s unfortunate that the workers at this store take advantage of people who may have a lesser understanding of automotive repair.

The first time, I brought in a thermostat and asked for help, but she told me they couldn’t look it up by part number. I ended up going to O’Reilly’s, where they looked it up immediately and got me exactly what I needed. The second incident was today. I stopped in to buy a generic fuel pressure regulator for a carburetor, and she told me they only carry vehicle-specific regulators. I checked their own inventory on my phone and found a Spectre 2518 regulator in stock. When I showed her, she seemed annoyed but retrieved it. Overall, it feels like the staff lacks basic automotive knowledge and gets irritated when corrected. Won’t be going back there again. Napa is so much better.

We stopped by Dominos on Milton for a quick bite and the car wouldn’t start again. We got it jumped and went to Autozone to get a new battery. Ricky instantly greeted me with a warm smile as I walked in. He helped me throughout the process of getting a new battery. We were back on the road in no time! Ricky provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. You could tell he was sincere, honest, genuine, and truly cared to get me back on the road. Thank you for making my day brighter Ricky! You’re truly an all-star!
