  Walked had a issue with my belt tensioner although I did not buy from AutoZone shea had directed me to the closest O'Reilly's. Gave me some suggestions on who could help me extract a bolt. She went above and beyond with her friendly service which I do appreciate being stressed and stranded. It's very much appreciated for the friendly service and suggestions thank you Shea!

  Came here to get tire chains, got the ones that "fit" my tires according to the worker behind the desk. Got to the mountain, they actually didn't end up being the right size, they were too small to go around my tire wheel. I brought them back about 5 hours later and the sales manager said i couldn't return them because they had been used... I explained to her I just tried to fit them and they didn't fit, so i brought them back. Her response was "because they are wet, they can rust, and we can no longer take them back.... someone should have told you about this when you purchased them" .... nobody had told me this when i purchased them. I'm out $100 because I was recommended the wrong size tire chains by an employee AND couldn't return an un-used item because they were "wet" ...... DO NOT buy tire chains from here

  I went in to help a friend with her car battery issues not knowing much on the topic and received incredible help. Tony took a look at the car and was very patient giving a thorough explanation on possible reasons of what could be happening and what we can do about it in such a helpful manner. Above and beyond customer service we greatly appreciated!

  Michael sold me a battery I didn’t need, then the store refused to give me my old battery back when the issues persisted. They also repeatedly tried to diagnose engine issues when they are not automotive technicians and do not have the professional expertise required to diagnose such issues. I’ve spent $250 I didn’t need to spend when I repeatedly expressed that I’m on a tight budget. It’s unfortunate that the workers at this store take advantage of people who may have a lesser understanding of automotive repair.
