(The keys get stuck in the ignition) I’m given the instructions to turn the steering wheel and the keys should release ….. negative I’m being told that someone will call me to exchange the vehicle. No one ever called so I came back to the location. I was given an attitude because the person that was going to exchange the vehicle with me had already left the location, but never called me. Then they expressed frustration by telling me that now they have to turn around and it’s going to be a five minute wait! My only question is if you knew the vehicle was having trouble why did you issue it to me. Rylee needs to have a better attitude. You never know what anybody is going through or facing in their life be kinder show a little bit more grace you chose customer service.
