  They admitted that they sell crap batteries, used it once in a year, stored battery properly. Incompetence across the business, I'll never shop here again. If you want a place run on integrity this might not be the best place of business for you.

  All autoZones have completely went down hill the last 10 years. Losing my warranty number- returns are a joke - staff is sometimes ok but usually non knowledgeable - Always one kind of a hassle I def go to the green guys now. At least they have heir stuff together . And the staff knows things about vehicles. When I’m more knowledgeable that the staff there is a problem. RIP autozone. Never again .

  Walked had a issue with my belt tensioner although I did not buy from AutoZone shea had directed me to the closest O'Reilly's. Gave me some suggestions on who could help me extract a bolt. She went above and beyond with her friendly service which I do appreciate being stressed and stranded. It's very much appreciated for the friendly service and suggestions thank you Shea!

  Came here to get tire chains, got the ones that "fit" my tires according to the worker behind the desk. Got to the mountain, they actually didn't end up being the right size, they were too small to go around my tire wheel. I brought them back about 5 hours later and the sales manager said i couldn't return them because they had been used... I explained to her I just tried to fit them and they didn't fit, so i brought them back. Her response was "because they are wet, they can rust, and we can no longer take them back.... someone should have told you about this when you purchased them" .... nobody had told me this when i purchased them. I'm out $100 because I was recommended the wrong size tire chains by an employee AND couldn't return an un-used item because they were "wet" ...... DO NOT buy tire chains from here

  I went in to help a friend with her car battery issues not knowing much on the topic and received incredible help. Tony took a look at the car and was very patient giving a thorough explanation on possible reasons of what could be happening and what we can do about it in such a helpful manner. Above and beyond customer service we greatly appreciated!
