  Booked a car on their website for $220 and then when we tried picking it up they wanted to charge a fee making it up to $500 to rent a car for 2 days. Extremely rude and the cars are old and look like they don’t work. My friend who is now letting me borrow her car said she booked once from Alamo here in flagstaff and the car broke down after an hour and they tried charging her thousands after giving her a faulty car I would not trust this company

  Last week, I had to exchange my vehicle and Rachel was kind, attentive, and patient all throughout the hassle of the exchange! Truly appreciate her excellent customer service.

  The Alamo in Sedona, AZ was a great experience. When we rented it it took less than 15 minutes and we were put in a really nice car. When we returned it, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes.
