  When picking up the rental car, they were short a person so there was a pretty long wait. Returning the vehicle was much easier. The location isn't the easiest to navigate to.

  Picked up a car less then 15min easy and fast and good cars they have They didn’t have Corolla I got Mazda CX5 same price as the Corolla When I drop it. It took them less then 5min to check the car and I was on the way out.

  I have rented from the Surprise location many times and have had great service as Chene runs a great business. I guess that's what was so frustrating was it wasn't the quality of service I had come a custom too. I always received a phone call the day before or that day of my rental to ensure I was still needing it, we get busy with our careers and home life balance. This didn't happen, I reserved a full size SUV for adults and when I came to pick it up all the assistant manager ( Andrew, I belive ) could offer was a rude reply of " well if you don't make your doctor appointment on time , they don't keep your appointment " I replied with " so that's how your handling this". I then was given a mini van that yes, accommodated my family quantity but that was it. I was well-worn and we couldn't exit out of the passenger side due to seat not moving forward. The only gratitude I was given was the employee doing the pre inspection said " it has a full tank of gas in it, ut you can bring it back empty as I marked it empty ". I really have no words for the whole experience. Like I mentioned before, it's not the service I have come to appreciate and could always expect.

  Ask for vehicle return times. I believe If vehicle is returned after 8 am you will be charged an extra rental day, insurance coverage and upgrade if you added it to the rental. Also the responsible insurance company will also be billed accordingly. I did not know this..

  This was by far the strangest and most unprofessional rental experience I’ve had. The customer service was non existent. As I came up to the desk, I ask how he is doing he abruptly cuts me off and says “ Drivers License” I say excuse me and he repeats the same phrase “Drivers License”. I know for a fact customer service requires the employee to use full sentences. I hand over my license and when I answer with my day being alright, I kid you not he blares “ITS A GOOD DAY” to which I say yeah it’s been alright (I am dealing with a car accident) he repeats “ITS BEEN A GOOD DAY” twice again. and then proceeds to ask me if I am alive. This whole experience was odd as the other enterprise employee who picked me up from the body shop was extremely friendly and helpful.
