Staff were awesome!! Product choices were also great! One trailer we looked at, was disappointing as the owner converted the bunkhouse to an office, which was great…however, the bunk was on top of the couch blocking the cupboards and the adjustable desk was in the kitchen….one should have the trailer clean and in nice order when trying to sell it. Should out to Josh and April for kindness and professionalism!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our 5th wheel toy-hauler. Adam, Josh, and Sam were great to work with and helpful in answering all of our questions as first time buyers. James did our final walk-thru with us and was very thorough. Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

I'm very disappointment in my experience with RV Arizona. We purchased our fifth wheel in July of 2025. The sale process was seemingly smooth and Sam was very communicative and professional. After the sale was made unfortunately they have been very difficult to work with.
Before we came to pick up our RV I called 3 days in advance to confirm the day and time for the pick up. Sam confirmed the day and time (I still remember, it was a Friday at 10am). We showed up and the RV was not ready. We waited over 20+ minutes for someone to scramble to the back and bring it out front. The batteries were dead and needed to be jumped to use the jacks so we could hitch up. The man helping us hitch said "you should have told us you were coming so we could have it ready."
We took our new RV home to find it was filthy with full tanks that were leaking out of the drain connection. The black tank valve does not close completely so you can imagine that process getting them dumped.
I won't go too far into details with this part, but we purchased some additional services and coverages along with the RV when the original purchase was made. We have since been in the process of having some of these services cancelled/refunded since September of 2025. I've dealt with 3 different people at RV Arizona during the process of trying to have our account refunded for a warranty. I've had to send multiple emails, call several times, and basically hound them over the course of 4 MONTHS to get the refund that I was promised in October. I've recently as of this month (february) been told my refund will not be prorated back to October despite my many attempts to have this completed. So I'm expected to be thankful I've lost hundreds of dollars of my prorated refund (not including the interest that has accrued on my loan for this principle amount that hasn't been paid).
Overall a disingenuous business. At the end of the day they are sales people and once you sign and pay, they do not care. Heaven help if you have any issues after buying from them. I'm very disappointment to have to write this review.
2 stars instead of 1 because April was actually helpful in the beginning of this and was able to offer a resolution for one of our issues (that we are still waiting on a reimbursement for...)

We purchased our RV here and other than telling me it had ceramic coat added (which does not appear to be the case) it was ok experience. We recently refinanced our RV, better rate, and have been trying since October to get a refund on the extended warranty. They do not respond to emails, calls or other entities. I would not recommend purchasing from here as the back end of the purchase is terrible.
STAY AWAY. This company is very unprofessional, they took all of our documents run a hard inquiry on the credit, gave us a specific date to pick up the RV. When the day came we called to ask if everything was ok to pick up the RV with the asked Dow
payment on hand. Nobody was able to give us any consistent explanation just that our process wasn’t even been ch med by the lender, they keep avoiding giving us a profesional response. They never ever called us but kept our social securities copies bank card copy DL copies and refuse to remove the hard inquiry for an incomplete service in WiFi we never were approved or denied.
WORSE Costumer service ever!
