- AWAlex WahliOct 31, 20251.0STAY AWAY. This company is very unprofessional, they took all of our documents run a hard inquiry on the credit, gave us a specific date to pick up the RV. When the day came we called to ask if everything was ok to pick up the RV with the asked Dow payment on hand. Nobody was able to give us any consistent explanation just that our process wasn’t even been ch med by the lender, they keep avoiding giving us a profesional response. They never ever called us but kept our social securities copies bank card copy DL copies and refuse to remove the hard inquiry for an incomplete service in WiFi we never were approved or denied. WORSE Costumer service ever!
