Let me know that there were still 4000 miles to go on the car before we need to change the oil. So here is this nice young man working on Veterans Day letting me know that we didn’t have to change the oil for a while. He even said God bless you. What a nice way to start the day. I knew the filter was only $20 and stated that I would replace it myself. I don’t begrudge them for trying to make a buck but they didn’t even bother shaking the dirty filter over a trash can before returning it to it’s compartment. I had a 50% off coupon for full synthetic oil change which I received for being a “good customer.” The manager couldn’t find the “code” in the system. I had to wait while he called someone and finally he found a $50 off code (not 50%) and applied that. The bill was still over $100. Definitely not worth the hassle. I’m done with them.
