  I want to be very clear that this review is not about the general staff. The employees at this location have consistently been helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with. The issue began when we returned the vehicle and noticed an additional driver fee had been added to the bill. We had previously been verbally informed at another location that this fee would be waived. The only reason we transferred to this Enterprise location (El Mirage) was because the vehicle we wanted was not available at the initial location. When we questioned the added charge, Andrew Romero, the assistant manager, refused to honor the previously confirmed fee waiver. There was no attempt to verify the information with the other location or work toward a reasonable resolution. The issue wasn’t just the refusal — it was the attitude. Andrew Romero was uncooperative, rude, condescending, and dismissive, making the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. There was no customer service effort or professionalism displayed in how the situation was handled. This was especially disappointing because Enterprise typically provides great service, and the staff themselves are usually excellent. I also rent from Enterprise multiple times a year! I'm a frequent customer. One individual, Andrew Romero, should not negatively impact an otherwise positive customer experience. I hope Enterprise addresses this internally, as the assistant manager’s handling of the situation significantly affected what should have been a straightforward rental return.

  Wow, requested a 8am pick up, they called 2 days before to confirm 8am pick up its now 830 and car is not here it is also a mid size not the full size I ordered. I am so disappointed 😞 I have used enterprise loyaly for over 20 years. Based on this experience and how rude the staff was, I am going to have to give someone else my hard earned money.   This branch is severely understaffed. The lines are long. I just dropped off a car with hopes that its OK. There was no one available to check me in. Keys are on the counter, tank is full and car is in the exact same condition it was when I rented it. Hopefully they get proper staffing to meet demands for that location.

  The Enterprise Rental in El Mirage on Grand Ave. Access, is a busy yet extremely accommodating location. They have a large and wide variety of vehicles available. They have plenty of staff available to keep up with the busy flow of traffic that they successfully fulfill the needs of many on a regular basis. If you have a unique request or situation, do not hesitate to call ahead. Their team is used to answering all the questions. They have great experience at fulfilling a customer's rental needs. You wont be left unsatisfied. P.S. I would love it if you could tell me where you got your car decorations for your Christmas Lobby area! ❤️
