  0/5. This dealership will withhold information to incur additional charges. Was not told the office closed at 2 when my rental was due so when I got there at 215 (entirely my fault for being late yes) I had no choice but to keep the car another day. Customer service told me I would have to return the next day and the office opened at 9 but there would be no additional charge since I was trying to return at the original time. I had to go through the trouble of arranging a ride from the dealership again and could not get there any earlier than 12. It was also not disclosed to me that I had to return the car by 9. They charged me an extra day anyway. This business has very low integrity and will do what they can to nickel and dime you.

  EXCELLENT service at Enterprise in El Mirage, AZ. Helpful on phone and in person. Dealt with four different staff on four different contacts. Each was good and professional. No wait time when we were there. Andrew helped us check in, Benjamin and another young man were great at checkin and checkout, as was Mickey?, a young woman with whom I spoke on the phone. Such a good experience meant a lot when dealing with all the travel anxiety of airports, rental car, RideShares, reservations, and being in unknown territory (Arizona)!!!

  If you're a repeat business customer, they are fantastic, if you're referred by insurance company or one off renter, they see you as cattle. Par for the course nowadays. They rush until it's time to upsell, then they seem to have plenty of time. My mom who has a hard time walking and standing had to come in cuz they I guess couldn't do things outside. While I went and got her they moved on which ok but I was back out at her car getting her phone when he called her but she didn't hear. He was able to do everything outside after she walked in stood at the counter and walked back out to not even be offered a selection of the tier she had the reservation for. He.just got her.one and said here it is. It was dirty ( outside) liquid stains inside, she could barely get into it but he made no offer to.see if one was more accommodating. Now, they were a little busy, so I was mostly okay until he pressed the sup coverage they offer. Then he had all the time in the world. Not my best experience with enterprise. Scare tactics on the elderly is the realm of scam artists and that's exactly how he came at her. Yes he told her how it would be if anything happened, but she had already said her insurance covered rentals. He could've been back helping others instead pressing the upsell thru scare tactics.
