  Do NOT rent from this location even if it's your only option - even Uber would be a better choice. Associates were extremely rude I rented from the Phx airport and had a flat in Sedona. This enterprise location was supposed to provide a replacement rental. When they opened they left a VM for me saying that they couldn't accommodate me and told me to take it to a tire repair location.... while I'm on my vacation!!! When I called back and complained about that option they told me I could drive to Flagstaff or Phoenix- ON AN UNSAFE SPARE TIRE! Talk about a poor customer experience

  Pick up and drop off was effortless. Both times the employees were very helpful and pleasant. Great customer service - location in Cottonwood Arizona

  This was a our second time renting from this Enterprise . Customer service was excellent. Very thorough and succint, yet polite and friendly. In and out quickly.
